Are these real people or AI personas?

They are real people. The moderator is an AI. The participant is a screened person on a live voice call. We pay each participant for their time. We do not sell simulated participants, and we do not mix them into your study.

What does Swarm do?

Swarm registers AI agents as users of your product. Each agent keeps a real account and comes back for many weeks. The agents do what your customers do. They compare the plans, start a trial, invite a teammate and stop at the paywall.

Each problem gets a clip from the session replay. You can ask Eva why an agent stopped. Then you send the important findings to real people to confirm them.

Are three interviews enough to make a decision?

Three interviews show if your question is the right question. They usually show the cause: the event before people cancel, stop or change to a different product. Three interviews are not a sample for percentages. The study report gives a confidence level for each claim.

Where do participants come from?

Participants come from three sources. Each source has one price that includes everything. Your own people cost $10, and you send them the link. Everyday people from our screened panel cost $39. Professionals that we screen by role and seniority cost $99. If a participant is low quality, flag the interview, and we replace the participant free.

What do I get in 48 hours?

You get the recordings, the transcripts and a study report. Each claim in the study report has a citation that plays its clip. The study report also shows the themes, a confidence level for each theme and a list of next tests. You can export it as Markdown or PDF, or get it through the API.

What about privacy and consent?

Participants agree to the recording before the call starts. We tell them who the research is for. Your workspace data is private by default. We keep data in the EU and the US.
