What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, however we do not offer refunds for a billing period you’ve already paid for.
How often do I need to pay?
You will be billed monthly or annually depending on your subscription plan.
What are AI Insights?
For each customer conversation you upload (video, audio, text or CSV), a set of AI insights are automatically generated. You can add more insights using the templates on the platform.
What is AI Chat?
User Evaluation's AI Chat lets you chat with an AI assistant about all your customer. conversations. You can ask broad questions about all assets, ask specific questions like finding particular or similar words, ask AI to create tables, graphs and even flowcharts.
How is tax calculated
All prices are tax exclusive, and additional taxes may be applied to your invoice.
What are team members?
These are individuals who contribute and analyze data in User Evaluation, like researchers, designers, and product managers.
When do we need to pay?
We don’t require a credit card to start a free account. If you want to upgrade, we’ll ask for your credit card then.
