What an interview costs
Each completed interview has one price, and the price is the same on each plan. It includes the payment to the participant, the recruitment, the AI interviewer, the transcript and the study report.

No. Interviews have the same price on each plan, also on the Free plan. A plan adds seats, uploads, Swarm runs and the API.
It includes all the work. We find, screen and pay the participant. The price also includes the AI interviewer in 40 languages, the recording, the transcript and the study report.
No. You see the total before you start the study. You pay one time, when you start it. We do not charge you automatically after that.
Each plan includes Swarm runs each month: 1 on Free, 5 on Pro and 25 on Team. After that, each extra run costs $2. You confirm the $2 before the run starts. We charge your saved card, or a checkout page opens. The charge is on your invoices in Settings.
Flag the interview, and we replace the participant free.
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in Settings. A yearly plan gives you two months free.
No. All purchases are final. If you cancel a plan, the next renewal stops. We do not refund the current period. If a participant is low quality, flag the interview and we replace the participant free.
